移民法（2020年12月31日時点の改訂版）を「invest」の語で確認したが、投資による居住許可の規定は見つからなかった。投資による国籍取得の制度はあるが、居住権・永住権の取得制度の有無は不明（「制度なし」を意味しない）。
The Immigration Act (revised edition as at 31 December 2020) was searched for "invest"; no provision for residence through investment was found. A citizenship-by-investment programme exists, but whether a residence-by-investment route exists is unknown (this does not mean "none").
